The Pillars of My Practice

These are the pillars of the Northern path of sexual shamanism

— the living spine of my work as a Norse Trolldóm practitioner.

Each pillar is a doorway into a different part of the soul, a different thread of Wyrd, and a different kind of devotion.

Together, they form the full map of the Nurturing Warrior Path:
 a path where healing, passion, sacred sexuality, animism, kink, embodiment, and soul-purpose all braid into one integrated way of life.

I teach from the cosmology of the Nine Hvels and the Nine Parts of the Soul, weaving:

  • Embodiment Practices (Lek)
  • ancestral memory (Minni)
  • the shape and identity of self (Hamr)
  • mind and awareness (Hugr)
  • erotic & creative fire (Óðr)
  • frequency and life-force (Önd)
  • the understanding of our inherited patterns, personal and ancestral (Hamingja)
  • the guidance of the Fylgja
  • our connection to the universe through Drasil

 

 

This is why I live by the phrase -Love your Wyrd- a phrase you will see take many forms through the hearth of my website, because to love your Wyrd is to accept and take conscious ownership and awareness of the actions and choices we make. There are no mistakes, everything we do is part of the greater story of this life that you're weaving and living with conscious active authorship. 

Sacred Relationships

The relationship between all things as something sacred

Divine union isn’t something we “find.”
 It’s something we forge — through choice, awareness, devotion, and the willingness to be transformed by the mirror that another soul holds up to us.

Sacred Relationship is the practice of seeing:

  • yourself
  • your beloved
  • and the world

as inherently spiritual.

It’s a path of conscious polarity, shadow integration, presence, and devotional communication. Whether within partnership or within oneself, we learn to meet the masculine and feminine energies — not as gender roles, but as archetypal forces inside every soul.

This pillar teaches that love is a ritual, polarity is a dance, and that devotion itself becomes the healing practice.

Path to Healing

Lyfjaberg & the Medicine Wheel

Healing is a climb — the steady ascent up the mountain of the self.
 Every stage strips away an old layer.
 Every step awakens something ancient.

This pillar follows the mythic path of Lyfjaberg, the mountain of healing, and the nine modalities of the Norse medicine wheel. Here we work with:

  • the inner marriage of masculine & feminine
  • emotional digestion and shadow work
  • ancestral & generational healing
  • breathwork and life-force awareness
  • inner child integration
  • embodiment, nature connection, and energy work

Through this climb, we awaken LyfjaoðStraumr — the Norse current of healing life-force that moves through all things.
 This is where your Minni (memory), Hamingja (legacy), and Lék (body) begin to transform.

Sacred Sexuality teaches that erotic charge is not a distraction — it is medicine and myth.
 It is the fire that shapes intimacy, awakens polarity, deepens trust, and reveals the divine masculine and divine feminine within and between us.

This pillar explores how polarity dynamics can become holy ground when rooted in:

  • power-with, not power-over
  • attunement
  • safety
  • devotion

Lust becomes a force that can be mastered, not something that consumes us.

Kink, in its deepest form, is ritual.

From witches' wands and staff-magic to modern sensation tools, every object can become an axis-mundi — a conduit to Yggdrasil and the unseen.

This pillar teaches how to turn erotic play into:
