Hi, I’m Hakin.

I’m a father, husband, Norse shamanic practitioner, and spiritual healer. But beyond all that, I’m just a human who’s walked the muddy, beautiful, often soul-breaking path of awakening - and is still walking it.

My journey as a guide began over 7 years ago, helping conscious humans and groups of men through transformational inner work, while navigating the process of spiritual awakening. Since then, my path has deepened through experiences with love, kink, non-monogamy and open relating, addiction, shadow work, and soul partnership - leading me to expand my work to support women, queer, and non-binary folks through intimacy, identity, and healing relationships. I don't aim my focus on any one gender, I help awkward, curious and bravely seeking humans understand the mystery in this life. 

I focus hugely on writing, speaking, and continuing my own deep healing and education within completing a shamanic apprenticeship in Scandinavian Trolldom Folk practice, and unravelling the mystery of soul purpose, sacred sexuality and kink from a Norse animist perspective.

This isn’t a brand. This is a body of work. A place to tell the truth about the mess, the magic, and the sacred complexity of being alive.

My work is rooted in mindfulness, animism, ancestral healing, reiki, and shadow work which I've learned through the Mankind Project and years of personal study. It’s also informed by personal lived experience as a neuro-divergent, androgynous bisexual man reclaiming wholeness through body, spirit, and sacred sexuality.

My purpose

Is to help you remember the power you have when you wake up to your passion, the connection between your sexuality, your creativity, and the parts of you that make you feel truly alive. Your messiness didn’t start with you. It came from trauma, generational cycles, unspoken grief, the way society has taught us to view the human condition, and ancient stories passed through bloodlines. And you have the power to transform it all.

I’m here for the ones waking up. The ones who’ve had ten dark nights of the soul and still come back asking, "How can I love and surrender to the mystery more deeply?"

This journey isn’t easy. But it’s worth it.
